More than 7 days before the first day of training:
20% of the registration fee (token amount) will be charged.
Between 3 and 7 days before the first day of training (inclusive):
50% of the registration fee will be charged.
Less than 3 days before the first day of training:
No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If Fuzen IT reschedules a training session:
You may request a 100% refund of the fee paid, OR
Reschedule your training to any future date of your choice, at no additional cost.
