Refund Policy – Fuzen IT

By enrolling in any of our services or training programs, you agree to Fuzen IT’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy as stated below.


General Refund Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued after 6 months from the date of enrollment.

  • All refund requests will be processed strictly as per the terms below.


100% Money-Back Policy

Eligibility for 100% Money-Back Guarantee / Refund:

  1. The refund request must be raised within 7 days from the batch start date.

  2. You must have attended at least 2 training sessions during the first week.

  3. This offer is not applicable if you have accessed more than 30% of the study material or training sessions in the self-learning mode.

  4. Refund requests must be sent from your registered email to: support@fuzenit.com

  5. Fuzen IT reserves the right to decline refunds if the claim appears to be made with false or unrealistic reasons.


Exam Booking – No Refund

  • Fees paid for exams conducted by external certification bodies (e.g., IABAC) are non-refundable, as these organizations do not refund exam fees.

  • Candidates who have registered (partial or full payment) must take the exam within 6 months of registration.


Training Cancellation & Refunds (All Modes of Training)

Fuzen IT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to:

  • Low enrollments

  • Trainer unavailability due to personal emergencies

  • Events beyond our control (e.g., floods, earthquakes, storms, political unrest, etc.)

If Fuzen IT cancels a training:

  • You may choose 100% refund OR enroll in a future batch at no extra cost.

  • A request from your registered email is mandatory.


Duplicate Payment Refund

  • In case of a duplicate payment, send a refund request from your registered email along with payment proof.

  • Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 working days of receiving your email.
